Food Lists


In order to keep myself accountable and to encourage myself to continue this journey, I think it's a good idea to keep a list of foods I have discovered to like and not like.  So here goes...

New Foods I Like:

  • Roasted Broccoli
  • Roasted Cauliflower
  • Iceberg Lettuce -- So far in salads, I have not added into sandwiches yet.
New Foods I Dislike:
  • Brussels Sprouts
